This Policy belongs to the iOS app AI Brighten. When we say “AI Brighten,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean the operator of that app. The Services are the app and the features that ship with it.
AI Brighten’s job is creative generation: new images from images, and short videos from images. Read this Policy before you rely on the app. If you use AI Brighten, you understand the practices below. If you do not, please leave the Services unused. Our Terms of Service apply together with this Policy.
Personal information means information that identifies you, or that can identify you when placed next to other information we hold. It is not the same as information that cannot reasonably identify you, or rolled-up numbers after personal details are gone. We may use and share that non-identifying information without the stricter limits that apply to personal information.
Processing a photo or video as a normal file so your chosen effect can finish is allowed and temporary. That is not facial-data collection. After the job, the deletion rules below apply.
Camera and photo-library access only happen after iOS asks you and you agree. You pick the media for each job. You can revoke access later in Settings. Until you grant access, AI Brighten does not reach into your library for generation.
Passwords and account choices you manage in the app stay under your control as far as the product allows. If you use a password, keep it to yourself.
A generation job needs the internet. The image or video you selected is sent to our servers over an encrypted connection (SSL or equivalent). We use it only to produce the result you asked for.
When generation ends, the source file on our side is deleted and cannot be restored. Save the output yourself. Anything still held on our platform is cleared within 48 hours after generation and cannot be recovered. If you miss that window, the loss is yours; AI Brighten is not liable.
If you register, write to support, or edit a profile, you may give us an email address, username, message text, or similar fields.
If you sign in with Apple, Facebook, Google, or another supported login, we receive what that provider is allowed to share—commonly name, email, and username.
Some features need a signed-in session. Login data we store is removed when you delete the AI Brighten account.
While you use the app, technical records may appear: activity logs, IP address, timestamps, device model and OS, language and region, interaction signals, and crash diagnostics. We use them to keep AI Brighten running, secure, and improved.
Hosting and storage vendors may see data needed to keep the service online. Advertising and analytics partners may see log-style data without your personal information being shown as such. None of them generate your images or videos.

If Google Login opens a Google page, Google may set cookies to finish authentication. Those cookies are Google’s. We do not use them for ads or tracking.
If a partner needs IDFA, Apple may ask whether you allow tracking. Allow or refuse — generation still works. If you allow it, partners may receive IDFA or similar IDs, install and event data, basic device details, and limited performance data for measuring ads, reducing fraud, attributing installs, and improving marketing. We do not use that to personally identify you for our own profiling. Change later: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → AI Brighten.
We use personal information and related service data to answer you, handle requests and purchases, operate and improve AI Brighten, adjust parts of the experience when useful, and develop the product.
We disclose personal information only if you agree (or a legally authorized person agrees for you), if the law requires it, or if a valid warrant, subpoena, or court order requires it. Generation uploads are not disclosed unless you share them or the results yourself.
We take reasonable security steps. No online product is perfectly safe. Tell us if you think an account was misused.
Update available preferences in the app when you can. To disable or delete an account, email [email protected], or use About / account deletion if the app shows it. Related account data is then removed, except for narrow legal or security holds.
Unlinking Apple, Facebook, or Google stops new sharing from that provider. It does not empty what AI Brighten already stored. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] and ask for a full delete.
App Store refunds go through Apple (Apple Support or reportaproblem.apple.com). We do not override Apple.
We may revise this Policy. If a change meaningfully affects your rights, we will post the new text where AI Brighten policies appear. Check it when you use the app.
Depending on local law, you may ask for a copy of your data, corrections, deletion, limits on use, a portable copy of data you provided, or to object to some processing (including marketing in many places). Rights can be limited. Write to us to ask. You may also contact a privacy authority where you live, work, or where you think a problem started.
Minors should use AI Brighten only with a parent or guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 or knowingly allow them to register. The Services are not aimed at children under 13. If we learn we collected such information without proper consent, we delete it. Email [email protected] if you believe that happened.
